The Data Protection Act requires Hill Park School to take measures to send personal and sensitive information via email in a secure way. We therefore use Office 365 to encrypt all emails containing any sensitive information, whenever it is sent to anyone outside the school email environment.
Parents can access Office 365 encrypted emails using a one-time generated code or other modern authentication methods. Parents will receive an email link to access the encrypted information.
