Continuing Professional & Leadership Development
We understand the impact that professional development has on outcomes for all children. Therefore,
- We are committed to providing the highest quality professional development for our staff.
- We will offer a variety of CPD opportunities during the course of the academic year which will range from leadership development to subject knowledge development.
- Our CPD is not solely in the form of delivered programmes but we aim to provide opportunities for collaboration and networking including secondments to other schools. We hope this will give colleagues the opportunity to learn from each other and embed outstanding practice in their own schools.

New National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)
The DfE announced on 12th October 2021 that all NPQs will be FREE for all state schools. For information about the new National Professional Qualifications starting in Autumn 2021 and how to apply please see here.
